Privacy Policy

• Website addresses you scan, and the scan results we generate for them. You can run the free scan without an account.
• Your email address when you sign in or buy a report. We send a one-time sign-in code to this address; we do not use passwords.
• Optional details you give us, such as business name and phone number.
• Report data: information about your business from your website, what AI models say about it, and your scores.
• Payment records: transaction references, amount and status. Your card, UPI or bank details are handled by our payment partner and are not stored by us.
• Basic technical data, such as your IP address, used to keep the service secure.

• To run scans, generate and deliver reports, and show your history in your dashboard.
• To sign you in, send one-time codes and send transactional messages about your account or purchase.
• To process payments and keep transaction records.
• To protect the service and fix problems.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use advertising trackers.

We share information only with trusted third-party providers that help us run the service, such as providers of hosting, data storage, email delivery, payment processing and AI analysis. They may use it only to provide those services to us, under their own terms and privacy policies. Some may process data outside India.

To generate a report, we send AI providers questions about the business you submit, such as its name and website. We do not share your account email with them.

We use an essential cookie to keep you signed in, and your browser's storage to remember basic account details. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies.

Each report has a private link. Anyone who has the link can view that report, so share it only with people you trust. The website content we analyse is publicly available content from the site you submit.

We keep account, scan, payment and report records for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to withdraw consent for optional processing, by emailing support@llmspotter.com. We will respond within a reasonable time. Some payment records may need to be kept to satisfy legal obligations.

We use reasonable technical measures to protect your information, but no system is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The service is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 18.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated policy.
