Terms of Service

LLMSpotter provides (1) a free scan that checks how readable a website is to AI crawlers and gives a GEO readiness score, and (2) a paid AI Visibility Report that compares what AI models say about a business with facts taken from its website.

Results are a snapshot generated at the time of the scan. AI models are third-party systems whose answers vary and change. We do not guarantee that any AI model will mention, recommend or accurately describe your business, that following our recommendations will improve your results, or that the output is complete or error-free. Do not rely on the report as professional, legal or financial advice.

You sign in with your email and a one-time code. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your email secure. Provide accurate information.

• Only scan websites you own or are authorised to analyse, or that are publicly accessible.
• Do not abuse, overload or attempt to disrupt the service, circumvent its protections, or probe it for vulnerabilities.
• Do not use the service to break the law or infringe others' rights.
• Do not resell or republish reports in a way that misrepresents them as independent verification.

We may limit or suspend access if these rules are broken.

The scan is free. The AI Visibility Report is a one-time purchase, currently ₹499 per report for one website scan, with no subscription or automatic renewal. Payments are processed by our third-party payment partner. Prices may change for future purchases, and the price shown at checkout applies to your order.

The report is a digital product that is generated and delivered after payment. Because it is produced immediately, we do not offer refunds or cancellations once a report has been successfully generated.

If payment succeeds but the report fails to generate or cannot be delivered, we will regenerate it or refund the amount in full. Contact support@llmspotter.com with your email and payment details. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, which may take several business days.

Each report has a private link and can be downloaded as a PDF. Anyone with the link can view the report, and you are responsible for who you share it with.

The service, its design and its software belong to us. You keep ownership of your own website content. You may use your reports for your own business purposes.

The service relies on third parties, such as AI providers and payment partners. We are not responsible for their availability, output or terms.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or business decisions made from the results, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the report concerned.

We may change the service or these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continued use means you accept them. We may suspend or end access for misuse.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
